Casale Palazzolo is rented as a single unit even if the number of guests is less than the maximum allowed.
For organizational and logistical reasons (heating, cleaning, house preparation, etc.), we exclusively rent by reservation made at least 3 days before the arrival date.
The standard setup accommodates 10 adults distributed across 5 rooms.. Upon request, it is possible to add two additional adult sleeping places (thanks to the sofa bed on the second floor); also available upon request are 2-3 folding beds for children and high chairs.
Rates vary with the season and do not include cleaning fees and heating costs, to be paid based on actual consumption between arrival and departure.
Linens (sheets and towels), pool towels during the pool’s opening period (approximately June 1 – September 30), and blankets in the winter season are provided.
Please note that meals are not provided: Palazzolo is a farmhouse that offers only hospitality services and, as such, will be for your exclusive use, without staff or catering service.
The rental period for Palazzolo is usually one week (or multiples), starting and ending on Saturdays. The minimum stay in the winter low season is strictly one week; in other periods, under specific conditions, it can be reduced to a minimum of 3 nights.
During the low and mid seasons or for long stays, we can be more flexible on arrival and departure days: contact us, and let’s discuss it together!
A 30% payment of the total fee is required to confirm the reservation; the remaining 70% must be paid at least 40 days before the check-in date.
In case of payment delay exceeding 7 days, the owners have the right to cancel the reservation without refunding any amount already received.
Travelers who cancel at least 30 days before check-in will receive a 100% refund of the amount already paid. If canceled between 14 and 30 days before check-in, they will receive a 50% refund. For cancellations made less than 14 days in advance, no refund will be due.
Throughout the year, prices vary based on the seasons, which are four: high, mid, low, and winter low. Indicatively, they correspond to the following periods and weekly price ranges:
– High season: €2750-3500 (July, August, Christmas, and New Year)
– Mid season: €1800-2000 (Easter, June, September)
– Low season: €1500-1700 (October, from Easter to the end of May) Usually during this period (except for some cases during Easter days), the use of heating is not provided.
– Winter low season: €900-1200 (from early November to Easter, excluding Christmas and New Year) The use of heating is necessary and is to be paid separately.
The rates may vary based on: group size, length of stay, day of arrival and departure, special offers.
Additionally, a security deposit is required, typically amounting to 300€, which will be refunded at the end of the stay if no damages or breakages are identified. In some cases, the amount may be higher, for example, in the presence of pets.
The prices do not include:
– Cleaning (final cleaning approximately 150€; weekly intermediate cleaning approximately 100€)
– Heating, to be paid based on consumption from the time of arrival to the time of departure. The rooms are equipped with thermostats, and it is possible for each of them to adapt the temperature to your needs
– Any supplement for pets (usually related to the need for extra attention in cleaning)
– Tourist tax (1 euro/person aged 14 and above/night, limited to the first 5 nights of stay).

Check-out hours: 8:00-10:00 (unless otherwise agreed)
The owners reserve the right to change the times for logistical reasons, still allowing the use of outdoor spaces.
